Casey Phillips
Casey was born and raised in Louisville Kentucky. Growing up she spent a lot of time at her grandparent’s lake house where she not only developed a love for being on the water, but took art lessons with her grandma and put in time bass fishing wither her grandpa. She went on to study art in high school and graduated from the University of Louisville with a BA in fine arts. After college, she decided to venture out and move to Colorado where she spent her time in the studio working on collaboration art projects, hiking, and also attempted to take up snowboarding. Missing the mild Kentucky winters and humid summers, she moved back home and worked in retail as a visual merchandiser. Ready for a change again, she left to travel through Central America, and upon returning home she was ready to move to the tropics, which landed her in St. Thomas. Aside from the arts, she spends a lot of time practicing yoga, and enjoys spending days off on the water exploring the islands or catching dinner.
Michelle Schuler-Ortiz
Michelle was born & raised in St. Thomas, the US Virgin Islands. After completing high school at Antilles Michelle went on to attend Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida where she received her BA in Business Administration. Upon graduating her passion for travel lead her to Italy where she spent a semester interning abroad, having immersed herself in the culture & language of Florence Michelle returned home to manage the Ferragamo boutique in Yacht Haven Grand. Then in 2012, her drive to grow in the fashion industry lead Michelle to move to New York City to pursue a promotion within her company. It was a big change for this island girl who loved everything that involved being on the water; swimming, sailing, snorkeling, free diving, and cliff jumping. After managing various flagship stores for major retail brands in New York City, she recently decided to return back home to be closer to family & friends. Michelle is fluent in English, Spanish, and proficient in Italian. She has traveled throughout the Caribbean, Europe, South America & the US. She looks forward to being part of the team that makes clients travel adventures a seamless and enjoyable experience!
