* 72 hour turn around. Less than to be pre-approved
* No smoking aboard.
* TANDEM CHARTERS: Must have yacht approval in advance!
* If wiring deposits, sender pays all bank fees -please include $15 incoming fee.

GRATUITY (15-20%): Splice evenly among the crew. Crew accepts cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, Paypal or wire directly to crew.

REQUIRED SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR THE CONTRACT: 
1. Crew gratuity of 15-20% is customary and at the Charterer’s discretion. This gratuity should be given to the Captain of the vessel at the end of the charter.
2. No smoking is permitted on the yacht.
3. Parties acknowledge that this is a contract and may be transmitted between them by email and the parties intend that an emailed contract containing either the original and/or copies of the party’s signature shall constitute a binding contract. This, however, does not exclude the subsequent exchange of original contracts.
4. No pets are allowed on board, with the potential exception of bona fide service animals and only where expressly approved by the Owner in writing.
5. Children are to be under the direct supervision of an adult from the charter party at all times.
6. Any outstanding accounts are to be settled with the Captain prior to disembarkation.
7. Marijuana and Marijuana products, even with a medical prescription, are not allowed onboard at any time.
8. Charterer acknowledges that only contracted guests are to sail and dine aboard the yacht and have use of onboard water sports equipment.
9. ALL charter guests are required to sign the vessel’s liability waiver prior to embarkation.
