SOUTHERN CHARM is designed for easy group cruising, with four distinct social spaces that let guests gather together or settle into a quieter corner. The forward cockpit, sky lounge, aft cockpit, and bright salon each offer a different way to enjoy the day, with areas that can comfortably host up to 12 or create a more intimate setting for just a few.

Accommodating up to 8 guests, SOUTHERN CHARM offers 4 cabins with oversized queen beds, comfort toppers, and high-quality linens. Each cabin includes a private ensuite with a toilet, sink, walk-in shower, and non-slip PlasTEAK flooring, along with a closet and drawers for convenient storage. Spacious, social, and thoughtfully arranged, SOUTHERN CHARM brings comfort, flexibility, and an easy island rhythm to every charter.

Kevin and Elizabeth King have shared nearly every chapter of life together, from meeting as toddlers in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to building a successful business, raising a family, crossing the Atlantic, and ultimately creating a life centered around sailing. Their natural teamwork, entrepreneurial spirit, and love of meeting new people shape a charter atmosphere that feels warm, personal, and genuinely welcoming.

Broker Notes YACHT CLASSIFICATIONS Home-Based Yachts (BVI-Based): May only pick up guests in the USVI up to 4 times per calendar year**. Foreign-Limited Yachts (STT-Based): May pick up and charter in the BVI a total of 7 times per calendar year. After reaching that limit, they may still pick up in the USVI and charter in the BVI for an additional $2,100 per charter. Foreign-Unlimited Yachts (STT-Based): May pick up in the BVI up to 7 times per calendar year, but may charter in the BVI an unlimited number of times (as long as pickup is from the USVI after the 7-pickup limit is met). T/A = N/A 15% max No commission on sleep aboard This vessel is legal to conduct charters in the BVI but will only pick up and drop off in the BVI for BVI-only charters and will only pick up and drop off in the USVI for USVI-only charters. This yacht ONLY offers LOCAL FARE & HALF-BOARD options \| HALF-BOARD preferred. Special dietary needs that require the purchase of custom/specialty food items may be subject to a surcharge. Please inquire for details. Any special diet request/requirements need to be approved by the crew. Cannot accommodate Vegan Diets. This is a Non-Smoking Vessel. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: 1. The CHARTERER and all guests are responsible for meeting government mandated requirements for entry or exit into the Cruising Area. In the event that the CHARTERER and guests are not permitted entry into or exit out of the Cruising Area, or any portion thereof, because of not meeting government mandated entry/exit requirements, this agreement shall be deemed cancelled by the CHARTERER. 2. The charter fee includes British Virgin Islands (BVI) taxes, fees, permits or National Park fees or Customs & Immigration fees. 3. Due to the unpredictable nature of doing business in foreign countries, should there be any regulatory changes, or changes in the interpretation of regulation of such foreign country from the time of booking the Charter and the Charter start date, resulting in the Crew or Yacht not legally be allowed to charter in the foreign country, the Charterer will have the option to a) amend the Cruising Area to the USVI or b) re-book or cancel under CLAUSE 10. C. FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSES i & ii. 4. If the CHARTERER or any guest becomes ill with known or suspected COVID-19, or any other infectious disease, before the start of the Charter Period, the positive test(s) or doctor’s findings will not constitute a government mandate or travel ban and therefore trip cancellation insurance is highly encouraged. 5. CHARTER understands that special diet requirements must be made known on the preference sheet which is to be submitted no less than 30 days prior to charter. In addition CHARTERER understands that while Southern Charm is able to comply with allergies and special diets, we do not have a vegan option aboard. All meals taken ashore are at the expense of the CHARTERER. 6. CHARTER understands the NO SMOKING policy aboard Southern Charm. 7.
