DRIFT, formerly LOCATION 5.4, is a Bali 5.4 sailing catamaran made for effortless island escapes, with teak decks, generous lounging zones, and the signature Bali indoor-outdoor flow. Her spacious flybridge features a helm station, multiple seating areas, and panoramic 360-degree views, creating a favorite perch for breezy cruising and sunset cocktails. Outdoor living continues with a forward cockpit for lounging and dining, plus an aft cockpit with additional seating and dining space.

Accommodating up to 8 guests, DRIFT offers 4 queen-berth guest cabins, each with a private ensuite electric head, separate stall shower, vanity, and individually controlled A/C. All guest cabins feature dry heads, with the exception of the starboard aft cabin. The bright, fully air-conditioned salon connects directly to the forward cockpit, while the open-plan galley keeps the main deck airy, social, and comfortable. Recent upgrades, including new bedding, premium linens, updated soft goods, enhanced amenities, and water toys, refresh the onboard experience where it counts. Crew accommodations are in the midship starboard cabin.

Broker Notes FIXED APA OPTION AVAILABLE — Commissionable As an alternative to the standard all-inclusive rate plus applicable Bahamas taxes, this yacht offers a fixed APA option set at 40% of the all-inclusive rate. This structure results in only 60% of the total charter rate being subject to Bahamas VAT. Please note: No APA accounting will be provided to the charter client, and no refund will be issued for any unused APA balance. Contact the clearinghouse for additional details. MINIMUM NIGHTS:* 7 required due to expansive sailing area, Inquire for less. SPECIAL CONDITIONS 1. Taxes & Fees Bahamas taxes and fees are currently 14% and are not included in the Charter Fee. If government-imposed taxes or fees change prior to the charter, the amount payable shall be adjusted accordingly. 2. Crew Gratuity A customary crew gratuity is not included in the Charter Fee. A standard gratuity in the charter industry is 15%–20% of the total Charter Fee. Gratuity shall be paid at the end of the charter to the Captain for distribution to the crew. 3. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere onboard the vessel. 4. Travel Requirements The Charterer is solely responsible for ensuring that all guests: • Meet all passport, visa, and entry requirements for the Bahamas • Comply with all travel regulations • Arrange transportation to and from the port of embarkation and disembarkation 5. Insurance The Charterer is strongly advised to obtain: • Personal Travel Insurance • Trip Cancellation / Curtailment Insurance • Charterer’s Liability Insurance 6. Liability Waivers All charter guests are required to sign the vessel’s Liability Waiver prior to embarkation, as required by the vessel’s insurance. Scuba Diving / Fishing / Spearfishing Scuba diving, extensive fishing, and spearfishing are offered on a rendezvous basis only, at the Charterer’s expense. Leisure fishing may be offered based on weather conditions and itinerary. 9. Accommodations The vessel accommodates 8 guests in: • 4 Queen cabins • 4 ensuite bathrooms 11. Crew Rest / Meals Ashore A minimum of one (1) meals must be taken ashore during the charter at the Charterer’s expense to allow crew rest time. Guests are encouraged to consult with the crew for recommendations. 12. Cruising Area The cruising area for this charter is limited to the Bahamas. 13. Children Policy Children under the age of 3 years are not advised onboard the vessel. General Notes Any applicable mooring, dockage, taxes, permits, or fees not included in the Charter Fee remain the responsibility of the Charterer.
