Liam McNaughton is a professional yacht chef with nearly a decade of fine dining experience including Michelin level training and two successful charter seasons on luxury yachts operating around the globe. Passionate about fresh ingredients and refined cuisine he specializes in creating bespoke dining experiences that combine technical excellence with warm personalized service. Calm under pressure and committed to the highest standards. 

Liam consistently delivers memorable culinary experiences for guests while thriving in the fast paced environment of luxury yachts. Throughout his career Liam has worked in demanding high volume kitchens where precision consistency and creativity were essential. Whether preparing elegant multi course tasting menus vibrant Mediterranean dishes or relaxed family style dining his focus is always on exceeding guest expectations.

Stand By One requires a waiver to be completed and uses their own preference sheets. Please request these from the CA. 

Special Conditions for contracts

1.Smoking is only permitted on the sugarscoops.
2.A customary crew gratuity is not included in the charter fee. The standard amount for a gratuity is 15 - 20% of the total charter fee at the discretion of the charterer. This gratuity should be given to the captain of the vessel at the end of the charter.
3.All guests acknowledge Insurers Watersports Liability Waiver may be required.
4.The Charterer acknowledges that the eFoils have a 12-year age restriction, and the Seabobs have an 8-year age restriction. 
5.Children are to be under direct supervision by an adult from the charter party at all times - Subject to the captain's discretion.
6.The Charterer acknowledges that only contracted guests are to sail and dine aboard the yacht and have use of the watersports equipment.
7.Crew will not move cabins.
8.Charter rate includes yacht hire, crew wages, use of all amenities and water toys on board, all meals on board, ships bar and fuel.
9.The intended charter area for this charter is the BVI, itinerary subject to weather conditions. 
10.Stand By One requires a waiver to be completed and uses their own preference sheets - Preference Sheet to be sent to the crew 1 month prior to boarding date.
